Her favorite dishes to prepare are charcuterie, fruit trays, and crudités, because she loves creating visually stunning presentations. Inspired by chefs Carlos Garcia and Felix Moreno, Graciela has honed her skills and enjoys making food that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.

Executive Chef Sal Lano has been with our New York / New Jersey team for over 15 years and brings more than 35 years of experience in the culinary industry. A proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), Sal started his journey at 16, working his way up from dishwasher to executive chef. Known for his versatility in in-flight catering, Sal takes pride in perfecting even the simplest dishes.
