With Air Culinaire Worldwide, you have access to a dedicated team that knows your preferences and is available to provide suggestions at any time 24/7. Our global network team is fluent in Arabic, English, French, German, Mandarin Chinese, Portuguese, Russian and Spanish so your order details are communicated to the local vendor in their native language. We have extensive knowledge of regional cuisines and other in-flight requirements, including dietary and religious restrictions, food allergies, specialty shopping and concierge services.
Whether you call, email or order online, all orders are managed via our proprietary order management system. This system provides our team with a centralized location for managing the details of your order. Our Operations Team works closely with handlers and FBOs to confirm that every order is delivered on time and to the correct location. Every catering order is important.
We understand that any breakdown in performance could impact your in-flight experience. Therefore, we have designed a system and implemented processes to reduce the opportunity for error. However, if an issue does arise, we work diligently to recover and make things right. We have a reporting and tracking system to ensure that any breakdowns are thoroughly researched, and client follow-up is timely.
Our Guest Services Managers work closely with our Global Network and Operation teams to identify where the breakdown occurred. We use this information to regularly analyze performance, correct issues, identify trends and continuously improve.
For high-volume clients, we can provide an account manager based at your operation to serve as your own catering expert. This onsite account manager will oversee your account and work closely with your staff on catering-related matters, while leveraging the resources at our corporate headquarters and operations. These highly-specialized members of our staff are trained and fully supported by the Guest Services Team.
