Tampa, Florida (March 1, 2017) – Air Culinaire Worldwide is teaming up with the National Air Transportation Association (NATA) to provide FBO Client Service Representatives with a nationally-recognized Aviation Food Safety course. The program is scheduled to take place in Tampa, Florida from April 18-20th.
The Aviation Food Safety course contains vital information regarding the best practices specific to the unique situation of FBO food handling. Those who attend the three-day NATA Certified CSR Program with Aviation Food Safety Certification, will hold a food safety certification that is recognized in all 50 states. Not only is the certification beneficial to the CSR, but to his or her company as a whole.
John Detloff, Vice President of Flight Attendant Services at Air Culinaire Worldwide, encourages CSR to participate. “Our goal is to help prevent the Fixed Base Operator’s from putting their client’s health at risk. By educating the CSR, we are greatly reducing potential life-threatening situations from happening.” John and his team of culinary experts continue to educate the aviation community with interactive, in-depth courses.
Those who are members of NATA will receive a discounted rate for the Certified CSR Program with Food Safety Certification. Classes will be held at Air Culinaire Worldwide headquarters, where attendees will engage in hands-on learning with highly-trained aviation professionals.
