MXO

MXO, meaning “Mexican Origins,” is a contemporary Mexican restaurant centered around wood-fire cooking. Inspired by Monterrey, where the bustling culinary scene catalyzed the creation of the MXO concept, Chef Wes Avila pays homage to his roots and Mexican culinary tradition.
