Origin: Born in El Salvador, Central America, Erick moved to the US in 1994 and considers Jersey City, New Jersey, his hometown. 

Background: Erick Arce’s journey with Air Culinaire Worldwide (ACW) began in 2005 when he joined as a driver while pursuing a career in computer science. Despite completing his schooling, the allure of ACW’s dynamic environment and his growing passion for food and customer service led him to ascend within the company. By 2009, Erick found himself managing the Teterboro facility and its operations as the General Manager, a role he cherishes to this day. 

Erick believes in treating each catering order as a unique experience, meticulously attending to every detail, and fostering clear communication with clients. Despite ACW’s global reach, Erick and Executive Chef Salvatore Lano strive to provide a personalized, boutique experience for every client, ensuring that each request is handled with VIP treatment. 

For Erick, the most rewarding aspect of his role lies in overcoming seemingly impossible challenges to deliver exceptional experiences for clients. Witnessing his team’s dedication and ingenuity in making the impossible possible reaffirms his passion for the in-flight catering experience. 

As a self-professed “foodie,” Erick finds joy in collaborating with the chefs, exploring new flavors, and experiencing diverse cuisines from around the globe. With ACW’s diverse clientele, Erick has the opportunity to indulge in a multitude of dishes, making each day an exciting culinary adventure. 

The Air Culinaire Worldwide New Jersey kitchen is a melting pot of cultures and languages, with staff fluent in Spanish, Vietnamese, Arabic, Korean, French, and Italian. 

As a full concierge service caterer, Air Culinaire Worldwide prides itself on fulfilling any request in the area. From picking up food from clients’ favorite restaurants to providing laundry/dry cleaning services and 24-hour sushi delivery, Air Culinaire Worldwide goes above and beyond.
