One of the pivotal figures in our Miami team is Claudio A. Camacho, our Assistant General Manager, whose journey with Air Culinaire Worldwide began in Dallas in January 2001. After a hiatus, Claudio joined our Miami team in 2014 and has since played a crucial role in our operations.
Claudio’s daily responsibilities encompass overseeing all aspects of Operations and Production, ensuring flawless execution of our services. Hailing from Mendoza, Argentina, Claudio’s culinary passion traces back to his grandmother’s kitchen, where he was immersed in the art of cooking from a young age.
As a culinary aficionado, Claudio’s expertise extends to crafting mouthwatering Argentinian Asado and traditional baked empanadas, showcasing his dedication to authentic flavors.
