Introducing the Air Culinaire Worldwide Customer Portal: Ordering Your In-Flight Catering Just Got Easier! 

We are thrilled to announce the launch of the Air Culinaire Worldwide Customer Portal. This new platform will simplify your in-flight catering experience. Designed with ease of use and efficiency in mind, the portal allows customers to access our extensive network of kitchens and vendors, browse customized menus, see pricing, track order status, make payments, and view or download invoices. 

Key Features for Registered Users Include: 

  • Quicker responses to your order requests: Your order will automatically be entered into our order management system as a draft order, eliminating several manual steps our Guest Services team takes to get the order into our system.  This speeds up the confirmation process including having the order visible in the portal within a few minutes. 
  • Browse Extensive Menus – Search and order by location, category, or availability with a wide range of menu items to suit every need, including menus crafted by our locally owned and operated kitchens. 
  • Transparent Pricing – View pricing per menu item and see a complete breakdown of all fees before placing your order. 
  • Simplified Invoicing – Access and download invoices as soon as they’re available for quick and accurate expense management. (Valid for our U.S. customers currently, UK and France coming soon!)  
  • Track Order Status – Monitor the order status up to and including delivery. 
  • User Management – Administrators can manage access for team members with ease, ensuring only authorized personnel have access. 
  • Checkout Options – Your payment terms and method will be presented at checkout.

Q1: Why use the Customer portal when I can email my order?
A: Using the Customer Portal offers several advantages over email; quicker acknowledgment of the order. This is because our team members do not have to manually enter the order into our system using your email, which is very time-consuming.   It ensures accuracy and saves time for everyone at this point in the order process. Your order will be visible in the portal within minutes for easy access and confirmation. 

Q2: What can I do on the new ACW Customer Portal?
A: The portal enables you to place orders, view available menu items with transparent pricing, manage and download invoices (Valid for our U.S. customers currently, UK and France coming soon!) , track order progress in real-time, and manage user access within your team. You’ll also have checkout options to finalize orders using a credit card or your direct bill account.

Q3: Will I be able to use the portal for any airport worldwide?
A: The ACW Customer Portal supports orders from ACW-owned kitchens in 23 major locations globally and includes over 1,200 trusted vendors.

Q4: Is there a mobile app version of the portal?
A: A mobile app is in development and expected for released late in 2025, however, the Portal has been designed for desktop and mobile use.

Q5: Do I need an Air Culinaire Worldwide account to use the portal?
A: No, but you will have access to features like Pricing, Track Order Status, User Management, Checkout Terms, Download invoices, & Order History.

Q6: What if I have colleagues who also need access to the portal?
A: Our user management feature allows your designated portal administrator to manage access for your team members.

Q7: How does the API integration improve the service?
A: Our API integration allows the user to remain in their preferred flight management system (FMS) and order catering without signing into a portal.  These APIs are highly responsive to flight changes and very efficient.  This ensures real-time communication across various system components, including menus, logistics, pricing, order management, and invoicing. This integration minimizes delays, provides consistent updates, and enhances the overall ordering experience, ensuring peak efficiency.

A: The Air Culinaire Worldwide Customer Portal is completely free for our customers. There are no additional charges to access or use any of its features.
