On May 15, 2017, Shaesta Waiz, from Dreams Soar, launched from Columbus, Ohio on her mission to inspire girls and young children worldwide to dream big and achieve more. Her flight around the world is just now in the beginning stage, with 32 more stops to go.

Scott and his team prepared the catering for Shaesta’s journey to Montreal, Canada; even with some famous Buckeye chocolates. Catering by Scott does aviation catering, weddings, and much more. They have won 5 years in a row the best caterer in their area, by The Knot.

Columbus, Ohio is a vibrant city with a great culinary scene that continues to keep growing. As a major college town and the capital of Ohio, Columbus draws its culinary inspiration from around the world. Restaurants, like Refectory (which has been around since 1976) to Barcelona (for flare on Spanish cuisine) show the vast differences in the culinary scene. Columbus has something for everyone.
