Valentine’s Day In-Flight Dinner Menu

It is coming up quickly upon us all, the day of extolling our love and affection for those that are close to our heart – Valentine’s Day.

Regardless if that person is a soulmate or a person that means the world to us we want to express to them just how important they are. We send cards, candies, flowers – and for those with bigger wallets – silver, diamonds and gold.

But what do you do for your onboard guests as an expression of your true appreciation? Should it be a “nod” to the day, or to make your primary shine in front of their guests, there is always the great tradition of chocolate, Champagne and strawberries – but these alone just do not exhibit true creativity. Here is a new idea that incorporates all these concepts into one, with three variations to fit your flight duration. Throughout this week, we will be providing recipes for each item on this menu, so be sure to check back each day.
