Air Culinaire Worldwide announces asset purchase of SkyTop Aircraft Catering

White Plains, NY (Jan. 6, 2016) – Air Culinaire Worldwide announced today the asset purchase of a state-of-the-art in-flight catering facility, increasing capacity and coverage in the New York / New Jersey region. The new facility will allow Air Culinaire Worldwide to be more responsive when handling the increasing needs for in-flight catering in the region and facilitate last-minute orders out of Westchester County Airport (KHPN / HPN). Air Culinaire Worldwide now has 21 kitchens, including 17 in the United States.

As part of the acquisition, Air Culinaire Worldwide has retained the current SkyTop team in White Plains. Employees of SkyTop will be training with Air Culinaire Worldwide senior kitchen employees and are welcomed as part of the growing Air Culinaire Worldwide team.
